proportionとrateとratioの違い

proportionの意味は

「割合、つりあい」

という意味です。

この部屋の男女の割合は、２：１です。

２つの間もしくはもっと多くもしくは、全体の部分の間の関係

rateの意味は

「割合、評価する」

何かが起こる回数、または、特別な期間内の何かの例の数

ratioの意味は

「比率、割合」

です。

proportionとrateとratioの違いですが、

rateは、速度やお金などの割合という意味でよく使われます。
